Founders
Mary Panttaja
Mary Panttaja has had a diverse career spanning the arts, technology, and business. She was a founding partner in Panttaja Consulting, a local software consultancy that designed and built custom software. She was VP of Program Development for Netcentives, a marketing technology company. She is a published author in the field of technology and business with three books and numerous articles in addition to work as a lecturer, instructor, and seminar leader. She also had an early career in the theatre focusing on choreography, dance, and directing with degrees from University of California, Berkeley. George Loyer
George Loyer has a rich background in the development and launch of new technology. His interest in the generative process in business led to his work on E-4 and his long history of participation in new technology ventures. He is currently Vice President of Retail Engineering at Loyalty Lab. Prior to Loyalty Lab, George was the Vice President of Professional Services at Netcentives Inc, a first-generation Internet loyalty systems provider. Earlier, George was Vice President and General Manager of the Panttaja Consulting Group, a technology services firm. Prior to that, George was a Senior Director at Sybase. He is also a founding director of the Robert Ferguson Observatory, a non-profit, publicly available observatory focused on education.

Carl Binder
Dr. Carl Binder began his career as a graduate research fellow at Harvard University and was Associate Director of a human behavior research laboratory and classroom for ten years before entering the corporate world. Founder of three consulting firms, a thought leader in the International Association for Behavior Analysis (ABA) and the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), he is a widely requested speaker and prolific author in fields that include human learning and performance, sales and marketing, customer service, educational policy, performance measurement, and behavioral research. He is a Certified Performance Technologist who has worked with scores of organizations in a dozen industries, as well as schools and other human services and not-for-profit organizations. Olen Gunnlaugson
Olen Gunnlaugson, Ph.D. recently began a faculty position as an Assistant Professor in leadership and organizational development within the Department of Management at Université Laval, in Quebec City where among other projects, he is co-developing an MBA micro program in Complexity Studies, Consciousness and Leadership with colleagues. Olen brings a multidisciplinary background to leadership studies. His work has been published across peer-reviewed academic journals and presented at numerous international conferences. His main research interests focus on collective intelligence approaches to leadership, integral theory, transformative learning processes in groups and teams and contemplative approaches to inquiry and coaching.
Cynthia Riha
Cynthia Riha has more than 20 years of business development, marketing and management experience from diverse industries, including transportation, hospitality, telecommunications, manufacturing/engineering, and aerospace. She has been a top sales producer, sales manager, business development strategist, entrepreneur and business development consultant. Most recently she served as VP of Marketing in a telecommunications startup, successfully coordinating the effort to raise venture capital and position the company in a rapidly changing marketplace. Her business acumen combined with excellent communication and analysis skills enable her to offer the experience and perspective of a seasoned business executive. Bill Staudenheimer
Mr. Staudenheimer is an experienced systems architect, systems and software planner and developer. He has conducted analysis, design, and programming for planning, research, and databases since 1970. For the past twenty years his consulting work has included both practice and teaching on software engineering problems, database systems development, and methods of system analysis, design, and testing.
